Gaining Self-Confidence

Spc. Julius "OJ" Shoulderblade signed up for this second session of the course after completing the first 11-week session. He says that the class has helped him become more confident in himself. In traditional therapy you can tell a therapist what he wants to hear, he says. But in art there's no hiding. "It just helps process things that you really don’t realize you’re processing, and really don’t know what’s going on in your head until you see it on canvas," he says.
