The Turkey Talk-Line, which has been a source of advice on how to best prepare the bird for 32 years, has never hired men. But starting this week, Butterball will begin offering an online application for men age 25 and up to apply to work in the talk line’s Chicago-based call center or to become the new official spokesman. On its Facebook page, Butterball cheekily asks, “Are you the man we’ve been looking for?” Applicants are required to answer three essay questions and submit a 1- to 2- minute video of talking turkey.
