Dutch farmers move to let floodplains grow

The Dutch have dealt with flooding for centuries by raising dikes — and that may not have been wise. We look at a government program that targets the country’s most flood-prone areas, moving the dikes inland, to keep the flooding away from homes. And why not all families took the plan in stride.
