UPDATE: FBI says Navy Yard shooter acted alone
The FBI released new information about Navy Yard gunman, Aaron Alexis, in a press conference Wednesday afternoon. Valerie Parlave, the assistant director of FBI’s Washington field office, said the gunman acted alone and believed he was being controlled by “extremely low frequency,” or ELF waves. Parlave said there was “no indication to date that Alexis was targeting specific individuals.”
