The PBS NewsHour’s politics team is on the ground in Florida covering the buildup to Tuesday’s primary: the biggest test yet for the GOP presidential hopefuls.

Though the team has witnessed many more bilingual ads and events targeted toward Hispanic voters in the past week, Ray Suarez writes that the Hispanic vote is not “determinative of anything much” in Florida here.
