Fears of civil war in South Sudan
Rebels seized the capital city Juba on Sunday.
Americans were evacuated from South Sudan on Sunday, but 3,000 other foreigners remain.

Air attacks in Syria
- Syrian government helicopters killed 65 in Aleppo, as the siege on rebels moved into its 8th day.
