NOTES ON THE DATA
All figures are based on a 27-year-old before tax credits are applied. According to the Issue Brief
, premiums are a weighted average of the lowest cost plans in each rating area within a state. Weights are derived from county-level population under 65 years old, projected by the Census Bureau.
