    Almost a week after the High Park wildfire began west of Fort Collins, Colo., the flames still rage out of control. Meanwhile, in New Mexico, fires have burned almost 60 square miles.     Since it was started early Saturday by a lightning strike, the High Park wildfire has consumed more than 60 square miles in Colorado — damaging or destroying more than 100 homes.
