    The Palestinian refugees who came to the Yarmouk refugee camp to escape conflict have found themselves in the middle of the battle between the Islamic State and the Syrian government. The U.N. Security Council has said it’s time for intervention, but getting help to the estimated 18,000 trapped civilians may not be possible without a cease-fire.     In our news wrap Monday, Kenya’s military launched airstrikes on al-Shabab camps in Somalia for a second day. Meanwhile, Muslim political leaders in Kenya denounced the militant group. Also, about 1,800 people were trapped by Islamic State forces in a Palestinian refugee camp in Syria.
