    Dozens are dead after three attacks on three continents. In Tunisia, a gunman opened fire at a hotel. In Kuwait, a suicide bomber attacked one of the capital’s largest Shiite mosques. And in France, a man rammed a car into gas canisters at a gas plant, injuring two. According to the State Department, there is no indication the events were tactically coordinated.
