The Kansas state Supreme Court ruled Thursday that Democrat Chad Taylor, who dropped out of the Senate race at the beginning of September, will no longer show up on the ballot on Nov. 4. Republican Secretary of State Kris Kobach had previously rejected Taylor’s request to be pulled from the ballot because Kobach said he had not given sufficient legal reason for not being able to serve in the Senate.
