President Obama will address a joint session of Congress, as well as the American public, in a prime-time speech Tuesday. He's aiming to make his case for health care reform and his aides have said that people will leave the speech "knowing where he stands."

Susan Dentzer, editor of the journal Health Affairs and former NewsHour health correspondent, discusses the challenges the president faces and what he hopes to accomplish with the speech.
