Political, Tropical Storms Swirl Around Florida
Florida delegates to the Republican National Convention in New York remain upbeat in the face of both political and tropical storms at home, the worst of which may still be on the horizon.

On top of weather worries, the delegation has been roiled by a party-splitting U.S. Senate primary and now faces an eight-week scramble to election day in a closely divided state that could decide the presidential election.
