Delaware’s Democrats will watch their senior Sen. Joe Biden take the stage Wednesday night as presidential nominee Sen. Barack Obama’s vice presidential pick. Even with only three Electoral College votes, the state’s delegation moved to the front of the floor at the Democratic National Convention in Denver, Colo.
