I believe that Now should address current social issues and stop trying to take sides on government policy issues. Our country needs more stories like today's! There are opporunities for even more--auto fatalities due to drunk driving, American public support for the needy, prediction of infrastructure issues as reported by the American Society of Civil Engineers many years ago and the book TEACH Like Your Hair's On Fire. American's can help solve America's problems as was shown by today's two stories. Help promote and air more of these kinds of stories--where the American citizens are doing something. Your stories will encourage more Americans to lend their support for these good examples. Poster: clyde Comment: Wow. The piece was well done. What a positive message and honorable aim. Great interviews w/ Attorney General, police chief, & prosecutor. This awful problem needs our understanding and support. I was surprised to note that Texas was not one of the states who were set to carry the Montana project into their own landscapes. We will try to change that now. Thanks for inspiring us that something can be done. Si, se puede! Poster: Samantha Hawk Comment: Thank you, I came across your program this evening and was floored. I sat in tears as I watched and remembered the childhood experiences I had during the years when my older sister was overcome and addicted to meth. The information and commercials shown in your program truly reflect the reality of how meth takes over people, they are not themselves in the physical, emotion or mental sense. I am grateful and lucky that my sister is recovered, now healthy and happy - Thank you everyone putting forth to get the message out to prevent kids from trying meth. - Sincerely, Samantha Hawk |
