Comment: I do feel that credit card companies continue to charge exorbitant interest rates. Anything beyond 9.9 is excessive and even embarasses Shylock. In addition the fees they wait to charge when a payment is late are outrageous. They keep people in debt rather than providing credit for people to live. We have to have new government regulation because they will not regulate themselves. The banks have been bailed out but the banks will not bail consumers.
