While investigating this week’s show our producers contacted HealthMarkets Inc., the parent company of the Mega Life and Health Insurance Company, which is one of the subjects of the program.

The company declined an on-camera interview but sent the show’s producer, Peter Meryash, a letter earlier this week. In the letter the company’s President and CEO, William J. Gedwed, addresses questions raised by our producer.
