About the Series: Staff Profile

Name: Mimi Evans

Position: Director of Development

Most memorable experience at NOW: Attending a screening of "Child Brides: Stolen Lives" at the United Nations.

Guilty pleasure: Watching classic movies on "Reel 13" on Saturday night while eating veggie pizza from Not Ray's in Brooklyn.

In the past: I raised funds for Williams College, the New York Philharmonic and the International Fund for Animal Welfare (brains, bassoons and baboons).

Favorite NOW shows:

Child Brides, Stolen Lives and Daughters for Sale
The two amazing shows about organizations giving children a chance at a better life truly inspired me.

Third Time Around
A moving reminder of what military families are sacrificing for the war in Iraq.
