ACLU: Torture FOIAThe American Civil Liberties Union filed a request in October 2003 under the Freedom of Information Act demanding the release of information about detainees held overseas by the United States. A lawsuit was filed in June 2004 urging the government to comply with the request. This site contains the thousands of documents released as a result.
