Head to Head: Debating Affirmative Action

As some states prepare to vote in ballot initiatives this fall on the future of affirmative action policies, Victor Bolden and Dinesh D'Souza, who fall on opposite sides of the issue, weigh in about the need for affirmative action in America. Victor Bolden is general counsel for the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund and Dinesh D'Souza is an author and former policy analyst in the Reagan White House.
