Election 2004: Third Party Candidates


The four major third-party candidates take on the issues they believe are being ignored by the two main political parties, and give fresh perspectives on the topics already on the table. On the evening of the second Presidential debate in St. Louis, David Brancaccio moderates conversation between the candidates that were excluded: Reform Party Presidential nominee Ralph Nader and Constitution Party candidate Michael Peroutka and between Green Party candidate David Cobb and Libertarian Party candidate Michael Badnarik.
