Anouk studied Physiotherapy and Psychomotor therapy in Holland. She normally works with patients suffering from neurological disorders, specializing in brain damage, in a rehabilitation center in Amsterdam.

Anouk first crossed paths with the Odyssey when she traveled throughout Papua New Guinea and South East Asia to do volunteer work a local hospital as a physiotherapist. With a passion for whales and a desire to help protect the marine environment, she is valuable addition to the Odyssey crew as a research assistant with an extensive knowledge of global cuisine.
