shell painting for pbs paintingThe perfect summer art project for me is tied to a fun day outside and so simple that toddlers can do it with little to no help. Finding and painting shells is a classic art project, but so classic that it sometimes gets overlooked and overshadowed by more complicated ideas. The summer is a time for simple. Take the time to find the shells with your children and talk as you paint. Simple.
