Chocoberry Chiller

Chocoberry Chiller

What You'll Need:

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Fun containers that hold the same amounts as mentioned above
  • Blender
  • 5 ice cubes

This recipe is also a fun activity. The citizens of Epicuria are in a "real pickle," and they need help. They're famous for inventing an out-of-this-world, favorite treat of millions throughout Cyberspace, but now Hacker wants in on the action!

To keep their recipe top secret, Cybersleuths must find some cyber-silly, substitute measuring tools – things that hold the same amounts as their recipe calls for. Have kids use teaspoons and measuring cups to find some fun containers that hold the same amounts as the ingredients mentioned below. Then, have them write their substitutes on their own recipe cards so they can trick Hacker.

How to Make It:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender
  2. Add ice cubes and blend on high until ice is crushed.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
