Other truck books we liked recently are Roadwork by Sally Sutton and Dinotrux by Chris Gall.
A new book with a VERY unexpected main character is Mini Grey's EGG DROP, about an egg who wants to fly!
As a preschooler, my son loved the DUCK IN THE TRUCK books by Jez Alborough.
