Episode 301: Frog Whisperers

When St. Louis’ SciGirls find the amphibian population in decline, they hop to it! Alanna, Madison, Amanda and Clara hit urban and rural sites to compare frog and toad calls and report on their amphibian neighbors.

Learning Goals: Learn that frogs and toads make lots of different sounds and calls at night. Understand that frogs and toads are indicator species that can help scientists know if there are environmental problems. Observe that some locations have more frog and toad species than others.
