Backyard Campout!

Attention campers! Get your tents, sleeping bags, and marshmallows ready because a very special episode of Sid The Science Kid is coming your way! “Sid’s Backyard Campout!” will be airing on Thursday, June 13th, on PBS KIDS® (check local listings).

During this special backyard campout Sid and his dad explore the great outdoors, right in their own backyard! Sid’s dad is eager to teach Sid and his friend Gerald all about living in nature, and how they can have a great time outdoors with the simplest of necessities. Sid and Gerald learn everything from setting up tents for the campout, to looking for animals, cooking their own dinner, and of course roasting marshmallows around the fire singing songs.
