Dinosaur Train
Alternate Title: How I will be tortured by another PBS Kids show.
Ethan: Momomomomomomomom. We have to watch Dinosaur Train.
K: Mmmm. Okay, whatever.
Ethan: PLEASE, Mom!
K: Okay.
An hour later after watching the show he was on the computer, asking incessant questions about herbivores, carnivores and omnivores. For the next four hours. In his defense, how cool is it to be able to see a dinosaur's x-ray?
I hate to be a PBS commercial but this one is a big favorite in my house and now small children are speaking in minimums of three syllables. You can't knock that. Check your local listing and check it out.

My 3yo is going around talking about Ornithomimus (5 syllables) and Argentinosaurus (6). And yes, the 5yo is all over the internet with his research. I imagine the concept for the show was developed thusly: "What do kids like? Trains and dinosaurs. Go."

My 2.5 year old daughter LOVES this show. She re-enacts scenes, I LOVE IT!! The other day we were at Barnes and noble and she found a dinosaur book, opened it up and identified 2 dinosaurs...I was kinda dumb struck for a few moments then bent down to see if she was right... AND SHE WAS!! WONDERFUL SHOW!! Cant wait for the toys to come out so I can buy her some...
My 4 yr old Lucas loves the show and watches it all the time.. He tells my mom all about what goes on and educates everyone about dinosaurs now.. please let me know when all the merchandise comes out he is really looking forward to it!!
