

As informative as it is, our generation’s media coverage brings it all to us at lightening speed. Perhaps we’re exposed to more coverage than we need. And what about our kids’ exposure? How are they processing the disturbing talk and visuals that are hard for even us to comprehend? How do we even discuss these issues with them when they raise the inevitable questions?
I sat down with my graduate school adviser, Dr. Rosemarie Truglio, who is the VP of Research and Education at Sesame Workshop to open up this discussion.
