Recently I spoke with Ana Flores of Spanglishbaby.com, and she got me thinking about the importance of exposing my girls to their cultural inheritance. My husband and I are both of Italian descent, and even though we don’t speak Italian, there are lots of other ways to pass along traditions that will help our girls connect to our family’s heritage. For us, that revolves mostly around food and family meals!
We want to know what ideas you have for passing your culture on to your kids. And if you know of useful sites or blogs, pass ‘em on!
