Kieran Fitzgerald, Director

Fitzgerald directed several short films as an undergraduate at Harvard University. He has worked as a production assistant for The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada and Colour Me Kubrick, and directed a documentary short titled Being Alan Conway about the man who impersonated Stanley Kubrick during the 1990s. He is currently a Michener Fellow in fiction and screenwriting at the University of Texas in Austin. The Ballad of Esequiel Hernández is his first feature-length documentary film.
