Filmmaker Heather Courtney visited UC-Santa Barbara to show clips from the film and discuss the struggles facing young veterans returning to school and coping with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and PTSD. In the week leading up to the event, artist Dominic Fredianelli (featured in the film) created a large-scale mural in collaboration with student veterans and art students at UCSB. The mural is now installed in the Interdisciplinary Humanities Center. Check out the POV Flickr slideshow (above) to see the mural in progress. It blew us away!
