Keeps Us Updated

As Ken and I sit comfortably in a warm climate and content in our old age, it amazes us that such adventurous young people are still out playing in the snow, camping on the ledge of a cliff and even dangling on ropes in the middle of the night to rescue other adventurers. But it was the description of your walk on a snowy, full moon night that makes me wish for my youth so I could join you on what must have been a most spectacular and spiritual journey.

What I Wanted to Do

To finish the above, "when I was a little girl". Now 76 years old and never realized my quest. However I have done a lot of hiking and camping in the wilderness. Enjoyed your adventures so very much. Thank you, keep on writing.

What a Job!

Wow. It must be inspiring to be surrounded by all that natural beauty. But I wonder if it also gets lonely, or if rangers are frequently isolated. As a long-time city dweller, I wonder if I could handle living in the wilderness for long periods of time, far away from all the things and people I'm accustomed to.
