In the second clip associated with the Bronx Princess lesson plan, Rocky and her mother, Auntie Yaa, have an argument about whether Rocky should stay at her mom's beauty store and help out, or go to the beach with her friends. Auntie Yaa thinks Rocky is being disrespectful, while Rocky says she can't wait to leave home. Students should talk about whether they think Rocky and her mother love each other despite their disagreement.
