Marlon Riggs: Uncut (1992)

Provocative, scholarly and honest, Marlon Riggs' documentaries probed the culture of minority communities in American society. In this 1992 interview, Riggs sat down with POV to talk about his film Color Adjustment, in which he explored the representation of African Americans on television. He describes the process of making the film and how it relates to his other films, including Tongues Untied which premiered on POV in 1988.
