Synopsis
The groundbreaking public radio project StoryCorps will enter into the world of television for the first time with a series of animated shorts that will air on POV later this summer. The great oral historian Studs Terkel was an inspiration to StoryCorps and he was also an early participant in the project. In this short film, he speaks out about what has been lost in modern life and where he sees hope for our future. The Human Voice will be broadcast after Off and Running. (2 minutes)
