Rogier Kappers
Director/Writer
Dutch-born Rogier Kappers' other credits include the shorts The Secret of War (1995), Sand (2000), and A Refuse Collector in Istanbul (2002). He has also worked as a cameraman, soundman and editor for several Dutch television networks. He studied at the University of Amsterdam.
