ONE DAY I HAD TO RUN

In 1988 an estimated 17,000 young refugees fled the civil war in Sudan to safety in Ethiopia. John Deng Langbany, a refugee who was five years old when he left Sudan, tells the story of the journey from Sudan to Ethiopia, and ultimately, to the US.  »
