Sharese Bullock-BaileyPOV Film - Off and Running
Sharese Bullock-Bailey is an educator, producer, strategic consultant and global youth-media expert who pioneered strategic partnerships at the international youth-media network Listen Up. She has showcased youth media and culture to new audiences for the past 10 years through her writing and by curating and presenting work by young artists at festivals around the world. Bullock-Bailey also led service and international education programs including filmmaking training for young producers throughout the United Kingdom with the Experiment in International Living (2005- 2006); and across India, the United Kingdom and the United States with Adobe Youth Voices (2006-2007).
Bullock-Bailey is the producer of Off and Running, a feature documentary co-produced by ITVS that had its national broadcast premiere on POV in 2010. She also led the multi-platform outreach and distribution efforts for "Beyond Borders" (IFC, Peabody Award, 2006) and "Youth Speak Out on Education" (PBS 2004). She currently teaches with Teach for America in her hometown of Brooklyn, N.Y., and serves as a board member of The Young People's Project.

About Mike Watson: Mike Watson is the instructor for the Reel Voices internship program, a summer filmmaking program presented by the San Diego Asian Film Foundation. Hailing from Denver, Mike is a natural-born storyteller with a passion for documentaries. He day job is as a freelance videographer/editor for corporate and broadcast clients - he has won 7 Emmys in a variety of categories - but his creative release is working with the students of Reel Voices.
