Definition

Both a Master and Back-up digibeta of each version of your program must be submitted to the PBS Media Library, along with Media Inventory barcodes (see above) no later than 30 business days prior to broadcast. Programs arriving later than 30 business days before air will be assessed a late tape fee (see the Late Tape Delivery Fees listings in the Production Schedule section of the manual). Additional technical information about program master requirements can be found in PBS' "Technical Operating Specifications" Manual. After delivery, the Master and Back-Up tapes become the property of PBS and cannot be returned.
