**Please note that these are maximum lengths for each element, with the exception of the PBS System Cue, which must be :05 (with :01 of black preceding it).
**Offers may instead appear following the Underwriting Credit Bed and production credits or after the PBS System Cue.
**If a Top of the Show Tease is not present on a program, the Title/Open should be the first element, immediately followed by the Underwriting Credit Bed.
