Vinaigrette adds flavor to creamy goat cheese bruschetta

Goat Cheese Bruschetta

Makes 6 servings - 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as dill, parsley, or basil) - 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 baguette, thinly sliced and toasted
About 7 ounces goat cheese
Drizzle the vinaigrette over the toast and spread with the cheese. Finish with another drizzle of vinaigrette.
