Methodology
		The study is based on telephone interviews among 1000 adult Americans, aged 25 to 75 years old.  Surveys were conducted by RoperASW, from its centrally-located telephone interviewing facilities.  Interviewing dates were December 22, 2003 to January 15, 2004. The survey results were weighted to bring them in line with census figures, and are representative of the US population of adults aged 25-75. A complete questionnaire appears in the appendix at the back of the report.
