Dr.
Robert Stickgold is an assistant professor of psychiatry
at Harvard Medical School and works in the Laboratory
of Neurophysiology in the Massachusetts Mental Health
Center, Boston. The laboratory maintains a web site

Born in Chicago, Dr. Stickgold attended college at Harvard
University and received his Ph.D. in biochemistry from
the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
His
research interests include sleep and cognition, dreaming,
and conscious states. He has also written two science
fiction novels, both published by Del Rey: Gloryhits
and The California Coven Project. He has
two daughters and a son.
