Kansas Spotlight

Need something to light your fire, lift you up?

Come along for the ride as Smoky Hills Public Television takes in a hot air balloon rally held in Garden City last summer Thursday, at 7:00 p.m. on “Kansas Spotlight."

A 13-week series featuring the people, places, events and issues of central and western Kansas, “Kansas Spotlight” airs Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. with an encore presentation Sundays at 6:30 p.m.

Produced by Rodrigo Lopez, the program is scheduled to run through mid-May, according to Mary Pat Waymaster, the station’s director of broadcasting.

Smoky Hills Public Television produces between 50 and 60 hours of Kansas-related programming each year, according to Waymaster.
