Long story short, WAMU has been delaying our paperwork now for over 10months

What is the usal cost for a forensic audit and can it be used to force a mortage holder to reduce interest rates and/or refund principle on a mortage? There is a company now offering a forensic audit and referal to a lawyer when fraud is found in your lending agreement. I need to knoiw if I will be a sucker by purchasing this audit for $1,000.

I am a single parent raising 2 handicapped bedridden twin boys. In 2003 september my 2nd oldest son brought us a house, aplace for the twins to be able too get around and a stable home too make handicapped accessable. On june 26,2004 my son passed away. It has been very hard for me,I went out and got a 2nd job. Since than I fell behind in my mortgage and I don't want too lose our home.
