Returns to PBS starting July 10th, 2018!

Following the success of previous programs,  10 THAT CHANGED AMERICA returns to PBS with three new episodes (July 10, 17 and 24) about America’s built environment. This season we look at the monuments that commemorate our history, the streets that connect our communities, and the engineering feats that have transformed our environment.

A growing audience

Steady Audience and Ratings Growth

Almost 2.5 million viewers tuned in on average per episode of last year’s 3 episodes of 10 THAT CHANGED AMERICA. The program’s website has delivered upwards of half a million unique page views.

Active Viewer Engagement

Television:  At the core of 10 THAT CHANGED AMERICA are three, one-hour TV specials, each containing 10 stories. Host Geoffrey Baer brings a strong sense of curiosity to the subject matter, along with a healthy dose of fun.

Viewers pay more attention on PBS than on network TV

Digital Media: A responsive website will allow users to discover the monuments, streets, and modern marvels in an interactive and immersive way, as well as explore additional places and add their voices to the discussion.
