Eat only sustainable seafood
Why should I do this?
Many of the world's fish stocks are in big trouble due to a variety of causes — including unsustainable fishing methods. The over fishing of top predators, like groupers and swordfish, can disrupt entire ecosystems. Fish caught by techniques that harvest entire wild populations, destroy habitat and/or increase the risks of disease should also be avoided.
How can I do this?
