Evaluating and Organizing Internet Resources and Content

Course Description:

Develop skills to prepare students for evaluating and organizing Internet resources using Web 2.0 tools. These "literacy" skills give students the foundation for effective and safe Internet use as they become digital citizens. Learn to organize web sites and content using free online tools. Develop a curriculum guide to prepare students for research integrating Web 2.0 tools, and create an online portal complete for teachers, students and parents.

Classroom Link-Access to students recommended. PBS Classroom Link courses ask learners to implement lessons with their class or with a small group of students (options for learners without access to students are available).
