Why can't I 'compose' a message in my discussion board?
The primary issue with Pop-Up Blockers is the inability to use the Compose button in D2L Email and Discussions. Pop-Up Blockers can exist in many places including: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Google Toolbar, Yahoo Toolbar, MSN Toolbar, Windows Firewall, Safari Preferences, Leopard Preferences, McAfee, or Nortons.
If any of these are installed on your computer then you may need to turn off the Pop-Up Blockers for each item that is installed. Furthermore, you may need to add http://pbsteacherline.desire2learn.com/ to your "Trusted Sites" (sometimes referred to as Authorized or Exempted Sites).
